Kenyan Woman sentenced to death after she was caught with drugs in her Private Part

A Malaysian High Court on Sunday, 28th of May sentenced a Kenyan lady to death after she was discovered blameworthy of trafficking methamphetamine four years back.

The mother of three was captured on November 30, 2013, at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the wake of landing from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Malaysian Daily Express reports that Rose Achieng Ojala had stuffed three cases of the medication into her private part and gulped another 68 cases, all weighing around 400gm.

On the day she was captured, an Immigration officer saw that she was acting suspiciously amid the standard baggage review.

While she was being looked, the migration officer discovered three containers of methamphetamine measuring more than 20g in her clothing.

The lady, who guaranteed she was pregnant, was later taken to the Serdang Hospital, where a X-beam examination uncovered that she had gulped 68 cases of the medication measuring more than 380gm.

She admitted to the migration officer that it was her sweetheart who had stuffed the containers into her reproductive organs before she loaded onto the flight.

It was additionally revealed that the single parent who purportedly experienced Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), had blacked out before the procedures and must be taken into the court in a wheelchair.

In sentencing Ojala, the judge said the indictment had demonstrated the case past sensible uncertainty.

"You are discovered liable and there is no other discipline under Section 39(B) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1962 aside from capital punishment," he said.
