The Deputy Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Chukwuka Onyema has asserted that there was a group up to murder the bill looking to set up the South-East Development Commission.

Onyema, who supported the bill, raged out of the chamber, close by some south-east officials, after the bill was set aside.
